Located 45 minutes from Faro Airport, this superb property is situated at the Pestana Golf Resort, a high quality resort on a beautiful 500-acre site. The popular, vibrant seaside resort of Carvoeiro is within a short drive and is dominated by a combination of whitewashed houses and villas boasting both Moorish and traditional Portuguese architecture, and offers a good choice of bars and restaurants. The town has excellent sandy beaches and nearby there is also a water park, the Monchique Mountains and the busy resorts of Albufeira and Portimao.

The Apartment

This beautiful two bedroom apartment is set amongst superbly maintained gardens and is within walking distance of the resort’s extensive facilities. Furnished to the highest standards, guests can enjoy a truly relaxing holiday, whether playing a round of golf or relaxing by one of the communal pools. You will find every amenity you need in this stunning apartment. The large, open plan living room comes equipped with comfortable seating, colour TV and a dining area for four people. The spacious kitchen is fully fitted enabling guests to prepare anything from a light snack to a three course gourmet dinner. There is an electric/gas oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There are two bright and airy bedrooms that are tastefully decorated. One bedroom offers twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, the second has a king size bed. There is also a family shower room.

Resort Facilities

Guests staying at the apartment enjoy access to all of the resort’s facilities, including the clubhouse with its large swimming pool, bar, restaurant and golf shop. Also within the resort are 2 tennis courts, bowling green and onsite babysitting (local charge). Car rental is recommended to enjoy this wonderful resort to the full.

The Golf Courses

Gramacho Course
A unique 6,107 metre, 18 hole course, designed by Nick Price, with 27 varied greens that enable the golfer to play the same course several times with different greens and new challenges. There are plenty of natural hazards and from the first stroke off the tee to the final green, the player must not just play the ball well but also adopt the best strategy to achieve an optimum result.

Vale da Pinta
The Vale da Pinta is one of the best planned courses in Europe and has an exceptional layout, designed by Ronald Fream. It has earned a deserved reputation as a challenging course to golfers of all standards. This 6,115 metre course is certain to be appreciated by experienced golfers, providing genuine excitement and a memorable and enjoyable day's play.

Silves
The Silves course is in excellent condition all year round. A relentless test in precision, this course is ideal for low scoring, encouraging and rewarding attacking play. Most holes offer mountain and valley views, overlooking palm trees and olive groves. The severity of the bunkering is adequate defence against the onslaught of the game’s big guns.

Delivering a philosophy that is flexible to golfers of all ages and abilities, the Pestana Golf Academy offers first rate golf instruction and top class service to every standard of golfer. You can choose from a wide range of instructional schools, which cover all aspects of the golf game, before putting your learning into practice on one of the two fantastic courses.
